Children & Cell Phones
Several sites have discussed whether children should be allowed cell phones.
None of those sites has warned that texting on a cell can cause a
visual subliminal distraction mental break leading to
the office worker panicked episode of confusion.
If the child creates the mental break causing design mistake discovered in 1964
by spending hours texting while there is vision startle reflex causing movement
detectable nearby in peripheral vision, the outcome can be depressive episodes.
With enough exposure a suicide is possible.
