This is one of several pages on this site which raises the question of Subliminal Distraction causing psychotic-like instances of rage, and mass murder.

Going to a highrise car park, shooting police directing traffic for a protest movement, is not normal behavior. It could be considered psychotic.

Like other incidents, family are quoted as saying he had changed beliefs, and was normally a peaceful person.

Reports say he was active on social media, and list sites he had liked on Facebook.  That means he had a computer, and spent time using it in his home.

The public, mental health services, and research are unaware that engineers discovered normal features of our physiology of sight can cause mental breaks.  They created the cubicle to deal with the problem in 1968.

Although it was discovered as a problem for crowded busy offices, computers require full mental investment, thus allow anyone to make the "mental break causing design mistake" in homes.

That design mistake is long hours of deep mental investment while there is repeating detectable movement nearby in peripheral vision.

This causes massive repeating undetectable FAILED attempts to execute the vision startle reflex.

The situation, and process is explained, and defined as a visual subliminal distraction in first semester psychology lectures about peripheral vision reflexes. __  But the mental breaks are rarely  mentioned. ___ My instructor only said, "Subliminal sight caused a problem in the early days of modern office design."  ___  I had learned of it as a 22 year old engineering student in 1966.  But I had never seen it happen until my wife's office was changed eliminating Cubicle Level Protection.

The mental event does not create new issues. It raises a subject's beliefs, and issues to pathological levels.

There is no current video or pictures to show his computer location, or if he could have created Subliminal Distraction.

There are only four mass shooters where news reporting showed they had created the "special circumstances" to engage visual subliminal distraction to precipitate their rage rampages.

But all the mass shooters fit the profile, student, home computer user on social media, video game player, or worker with a job which requires, but does not have peripheral vision blocking protection (AKA Cubicle Level Protection).

This site is an investigation of a problem everyone has but functions subliminally making it undetectable.
