Macin Smith

Macin Smith vanished Sept. 1, 2015 from his home in the Little Valley area of St. George, Utah. Despite numerous search efforts by volunteers and professionals, there has been no trace of him.

Darrin Smith, said he took Macin's laptop and cell phone away as punishment for watching anime over night August 31.

Macin vanished the next morning.

No personal items were taken, his wallet was still in his room.

In that wallet was a three page letter saying he did not want to live any longer.

He is reported as previously attempting suicide.

Current reporting says police have considered that he may have been killed rather than run away.

Caused by a physical situation which creates, demands, the consciousness forced suppression of the vision startle reflex, the "special circumstances" to allow exposure are exacting so that serious outcomes are rare.

But from time to time someone does create sufficient exposure to have a mental event with fear, panic, paranoia, and even thoughts of suicide.

Where is Macin?

Without information it is impossible to know if he created Subliminal Distraction to have the episode it causes.

If he is a visual subliminal distraction victim he might still be alive hiding from discoverer due to hallucinated guilt for delusional events.

There have been cases of recoveries after extended time periods.

Others have never been found or discovered as skeletal remains such as Matrice Richardson.
