Hamza Alsharief

Canadian engineering student Hamza Alsharief, a Saudi native, vanished with no trace December 14, 2011. Letters to the Canadian Saudi Arabian embassy,  and emails to the RCMP. and the University of Saskatchewan  are unanswered.

Little is available about him or the disappearance.

A coat similar to the one he was believed to be wearing when he vanished was found on the Canadian Pacific railroad bridge in

Although searches of the river bank were made in February 2012 when the coat was found the river would have been frozen over through the months when he vanished.

He is one of five Canadian engineering students to go missing.  Only one was recovered. He had wandered to Texas.
